When does the Jerez Fair start?

The Horse Fair is one of the great events of Jerez, which opens with the great "Alumbrado", on Saturday May 6, and celebrates throughout the week the art and power of the city, boasting its main exponents; horses, flamenco and good wine, certainly will not leave you indifferent!
