The rooms have been carefully prepared to offer comfort and rest, combining elegance and warmth in a very welcoming environment. The house has spacious living rooms and different living areas, decorated with art pieces, libraries and carefully selected furniture that add personality and style to the home. The large windows allow natural light to flood the interior spaces and connect the house with the garden and surrounding landscape, creating a relaxed and very special atmosphere.
Outside, one of the great attractions of the property is located: an impressive private swimming pool surrounded by natural grass, with sun loungers to enjoy the sun and the spectacular views of the natural landscape of the Cadiz countryside. The property also has a barbecue area and different outdoor spaces for eating or relaxing outdoors, which makes the villa the perfect place to enjoy long meals, pool afternoons or quiet nights under the Andalusian sky. The property also offers ample parking space within the property, including a garage area, which allows comfortable arrival with several vehicles.
To maintain the garden and pool in perfect condition, the gardener accesses the estate every morning to carry out maintenance tasks, always in the outdoor areas and without accessing the interior of the house at any time, so the privacy of the guests is completely guaranteed. It is also important to know that two very calm cats live on the estate and are accustomed to people. They always remain outside and do not access the interior of the house, but we like to mention it for the guests' knowledge. The location of the villa allows enjoying a unique natural environment while being a short distance from places of great interest such as Medina Sidonia, Jerez de la Frontera, Cádiz or the beaches of the Costa de la Luz, making it a perfect starting point to discover the province. The established time for key delivery to guests is from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. If you need to enter the accommodation after 8:00 PM, until 11:00 PM, a supplement of €30 in cash will be charged upon arrival, corresponding to the Late Check-In service.
