Ole Solutions started life in 2008 as Spanish Solutions, founded by Paul Shoulders, an English entrepreneur who, after moving to Spain in 2003, decided to set up a company to help foreigners relocate to the Costa de la Luz. Around 2010, Paul spotted an opportunity for second home owners to rent out their properties to tourists when they were not using them, allowing them to generate income without giving up the personal use of their properties. This pioneering idea laid the foundations for what would later become Ole Solutions, paving the way for holiday rentals in the province of Cadiz.

In 2013, already under the name Ole Solutions, the company took an important step by joining not only Airbnb, but also Booking and other international platforms that were revolutionising the market. These platforms transformed the way travellers booked their stays and allowed the company to manage properties more efficiently, increasing occupancy and profitability for its clients. This digital leap attracted new owners and cemented Ole Solutions' presence in the vacation rental market.

In early 2018, Ole Solutions opened a new office in the commercial premises of the Plaza de Toros in Jerez. This expansion took advantage of the increase in tourism in the province, driven by the growth in air traffic at Jerez airport, and allowed the company to serve a greater number of homeowners and holidaymakers in the region. The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 presented a major challenge to the tourism industry, but Ole Solutions adapted by focusing on domestic tourism. Despite the drop in international bookings, the company continued to provide its services with the same dedication.

Over the years, Ole Solutions expanded to locations such as Arcos de la Frontera, Conil de la Frontera, El Puerto de Santa Maria, Sanlucar de Barrameda, and Zahara de los Atunes, among others. However, Jerez de la Frontera has been from the beginning the main city where Ole Solutions started, and continues to be the place where we manage the largest number of properties.

In 2024, Ole Solutions moved its office to the historic centre of Jerez de la Frontera, improving its accessibility for clients, owners and collaborators. With more than 15 years of experience in the sector, Ole Solutions continues to lead the way in the management of tourist accommodation, offering a comprehensive and personalised service that guarantees maximum profitability for owners and an unbeatable experience for travellers.

We currently have more than 50 properties throughout the province of Cadiz and manage stays for more than 3,000 guests per year.
