About Ole Solutions

Ole Solutions is a company dedicated exclusively to Property Management for tourist rentals as well as relocation. We work in Jerez, Cadiz and all points of the Costa de la Luz. Our aim is to alleviate the unnecessary relocation problems experienced by many people who do not have the right help, time and guidance. That is why since 2008, Paul and his team have helped hundreds of people with the process of buying and renting a home, always improving the quality of life of our clients. All this thanks to the experience we have in the province of Cadiz as well as its towns and surrounding areas.

We met Paul in January 2011 regarding the purchase of our apartment in Arcos de la Frontera. We were new to this "game" of buying property abroad and although Spain is not a million miles away, Paul has helped us and continues to help us through all the formalities involved in buying abroad. I was nervous when I got on my plane in Atlanta, Georgia. I was moving to Spain, where I knew no one. In addition, I was relying on a stranger for the whole relocation process. I didn't have many references for Paul, except that someone in a magazine mentioned using his services. However, I communicated with Paul over several months by email and he seemed capable and forthright in meeting my needs. He answered all my questions with lightness and accuracy and provided me with information that is still useful to me today. I am a writer and I chose the province of Cadiz to start a project that required me to know more about Spain. I chose Cadiz for the weather and the beaches. I knew nothing about Spain except what I learned from the Internet and the information Paul provided, so moving to Spain was a leap of faith. I am pleased to report that Paul's smiling face was there to pick me up when I arrived at the airport. He took me to a cozy furnished apartment where I would stay until I found housing. Upon arrival, Paul had a large repertoire of properties for me in El Puerto de Santa Maria, where I decided to settle. I loved one of them and that's when Paul took care of all the paperwork. I was very grateful for his services. Finding an apartment on my own would have been an almost impossible and unmanageable task. It would have taken longer and would have been frustrating, as most apartment owners speak as little English as I speak Spanish. Paul speaks both fluently, so negotiating and signing a contract went smoothly. He was available to me and even kept in touch after the management. I was pleased with his services, so I wanted to write a testimonial to let others know that they can be assured that Paul delivers on his promises.
